Back on track

I haven't been around here much in the last few months. I quit the weight watchers and was snacking loads on chocolate and crisps when I had my exams and now I'm home for the summer in a house filled with food I was finding it hard to stay on track. But I'm back and ready to start again! It's my life and I'm living it now. There's no use putting off my weight loss and telling myself I'll do it later, when NOW is the only time I can ever use. There'll always be a "later" to put things off to but not anymore. I'm gonna move towards my goals, instead of away from them!

    You sound like me 11 days ago. I ate terribly during exams, came home to a house full of treats and was munching away. 11 days ago i turned it around, and although it's not enough time to see results on the scales, i feel 100% better.

I'm excited for your journey to restart.
