the right way is the *Spark* way

I try different "diets" but no matter how well I do for however long, I can't stick to it. I go up and down and up and down and am still overweight and unhappy. I've successfully lost about 15 pounds, which is great, but a far cry from my goal weight. Despite all the knowledge I've gained through SP and elsewhere, I still want the "quick, easy fix"... It's not gonna happen though. The sooner I TRULY realize that, the better. A friend of mine at work lost 60 pounds with SP!! She's kept it off and looks great. I know it can be done. THE RIGHT WAY.

It's time consuming, frustrating, tiring and annoying most of the time. Being healthy isn't easy. The question is, will I continue making excuses, or suck it up and formulate a game plan? What do you think ?!

    It is a daily, sometimes hourly, challenge to be healthy, but just remind yourself of what the payout is!! I've been struggling to lose weight again myself but you can do it!!!!
