Jump rope……. Not so easy….

When my elliptical machine broke off (again) I guess thata maybe some jump rope could help me to be on track.

“OH MY GOD” I tried yesterday and today I almost can’t move, my legs hurt, my right calf is in pain, and not comments on my lower back pain also….

So I guess it will help me o get on track, but it’s going to be hard, any way how says loosing weight without some pain is funny….jajajaja

Whish me luck, today I’m resting. Tomorrow maybe another session of Jump Rope if not Thrusday I’m sure I’ll do it again!

    Congratulations for keeping at it! I tried once while trying to lose weight and it nearly killed me, while I struggled to keep it up for 2 minutes!!
Have you tried just walking? That's a good exercise, and after a while you could wog (walk/jog).

    I haven't jumped rope in probably over a decade, of course back then I was just doing it for fun, not to lose weight... I miss those days
