My three favorite new finds!

I just love finding new foods! Recently I have found 3 items that are quickly becoming a favorite of mine.



The first two are from Garden of Life. I have always loved this company more specifically their Raw Vitamin code B-12 complex. Now they have a complete meal replacement full of raw super foods and protein from grains and seeds. This works well for me as somedays I do not have time for a long lunch and I can just make this fast while I get ready to nurse Michaela. They also have a Raw super foods powder mix that I use with other protein powders or in juice.

Now the third I just found is evil in the best possible way! It is an almond chocolate spread similar to Nutella but with almonds and evaporated cane juice instead of sugar. This is a treat for sure! SUPER yummy on Ezekiel bread!

    Thanks for sharing! I love new finds too! Have you ever tried Chia seeds? They are high in Omega 3 fatty acids but are better than flax. You can bake with them - I just stir them into water and drink. They promote/support: healthy heart, good mental health, healthy skin and hair, healthy immune system, healthy weight loss, joint function and mobility and are high in antioxidants.

    try Quinoa (pronounced KEEN-WAH) which has amino acids and protien and NO cholesteral! Great in salads or with just about anything!

    I would love to try it out. I've tried stuff before and it didn't TASTE good at all...I love the protein content--how does it taste? What do you mix it in?
