Hey Everyone..

So I started going jogging recently and am feeling pretty good about it. I'm still slow and but at least I'm not giving up. It's been almost a week I've been doing this. I don't really want to keep track because I feel like if I do, then I'll see it as a routine and then feel like I'm good to go and end up being lazy again. So... every once in a while I take a day off just to give my muscles a break. Maybe every 3 days or something like that. I'm in the mode to create a new me... and I think I'm doing well. I'll be entering my weight in just a moment. Hope things are going well. Have a good night everyone!!!

    I can only respect that. Jooging even 1km is NOT easy. Walking is the easy way out and it`s OK to alternate them when you have bad running days. Many high-performance runners have bad running days ... legs are heavy, lungs feel blocked.
Each time I see an overweighted lady on the bike/running path, I encourage her. To some I look weird. So most of them - I sound great! I know it`s hard and I can only admire their effort - and yours!
Keep running. If you take a break, keep coming back!
