I reset my goal date to mid-August. I also managed to maintain my intake this past week as well as get in some decent workouts.
I weighed in at 203 today. I don't think I really dropped 3 pounds since last week. I think its a combination of a bit of a binge the day before last time and a bit of dehydration this time. Either way, I'll take it!
I'm back on track, now I gotta stick to it...
