So the holiday is almost over. I have a potential certification run through tomorrow. I am working on my script this evening to tweak it. I still have to purchase some props in the morning.
I had fun over the weekend with my family. There was an awesome firework show downtown. I went out a couple of times. It was a good distraction from being lonely. They've left so I'm a bit sad. I did get some time out in the sun but no beach time. The one day I finally got out there there were winds of over 25mps and the beach waves and undertow was so bad no one was allowed out in it. I ended up with sand in my hair in my food and everywhere else. Not fun!
So there were some good times and some bad. Just glad to be with my family. I really miss Josh. I'm not overly eager about all the things I can do for fun this summer. I just want him home already. I may spend more time on base at the pool or something.
Mostly I need to start working. I need money quick. I don't want the hubs to deplete his savings helping me, so I hope that I can pass this test tomrrow. So I can make some $$.
So I have a dental and doctor's appt set up. I have my previous ailments to tend to plus one more. I have some issues with my bum now. It hurts like a hot knife stabbing my left cheek everytime I put my body weight on it, on hard surfaces, not as much on soft. So I'm wondering if something is wrong with the muscle.
Back to issues of weight. I think I've gained about two pounds in two weeks. Definitely not a huge deal. I just need to get back to a normal eating routine. Cheap and healthy.
I am trying to address new issues regarding my routine of eating. I'm thinking of eating bigger breakfasts with higher carbs in the morning weaning them down throughout the day. Its the concept, breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. I kind of wondered if I could eat this way even if my work is at night. I don't think I'll get to bed too late. 1:00am at the latest. It's based on glycemic index mostly. I take more carbs throughout the day because I need the energy and I hate to eat a heavy meal before work anyway. Perhaps a small meal with snacks between shows or something.
And I have got to get to exercising again. Interval walking. I want to have a minimum of 4 days per week 30 mins of interval walking and hope to finish the month at 45 minute walks.
My goal is reset to 210 by the end of the month.
