hcg again... lol

hey all.. i keep on going back to the hcg, i feel soo good whilim ont.. im still working out, but not as much as i will on the hcg...... but i have my brothers wedding that i need to reach my goal for! (next year august) and im hoping to be half way there by christmas! so wish me luck.. ( im on my VLCD day 1 today..) and so far im doing awesome! AND AND AND i have NOT had a cookie from my work in 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!

    Hi, I also did a bootcamp while on P4. Mine was 3 weeks 5x/week. I also had great results:

    Arms down 1/2 inch each
    Chest down 1-1/4 inch
    Waist down 1 inch
    Hips down 1/2 inch
    Thighs up 1 inch (?)

    Body Fat down 5.3%!!
    1 Mile Run down 1:21
    Sit-Ups up 4
    Push-Ups up 20!!

    During hCG, I am working on my cardiovascular fitness by doing the 1 mile and walking for the remainder of 20-30 minutes, and doing simple exercises (floor-type) to maintain strength in my arms, legs, and core. I plan to do a 6 week (3x/week) bootcamp during P3/P4 to look great for my beach vacation in September!

    I think it's cool we are basically doing the same thing! Good luck to you, girl!
