Here I am, it's night. I had breakfast, I had lunch, I had supperand I just had a snack. I am not hungery but i still have over 300 cal. to go . Yesterday I could not get enough even though I stayed in my calorie range.
Why is this feast and famie thing going on? Will my body adjust ?
