Boot Camp: Day 3

Yesterday, we went to our 3rd day of boot camp. We have survived the first week! I'm a little concerned that I haven't lost ANY weight. But then, I told myself at the start of this that I'm really looking to strengthen my muscles and tone, not necessarily lose weight, so I feel that overall it has been a success so far. I would like to lose the 5 lbs. I've gained since starting my summer vacation, but I've still got 3 more weeks, so now I need to drink my water, cut out the unhealthy snacks, and kick myself in gear!
