1. go on vacation. I dont know why this works, it doesnt really seem like I'm eating a whole lot differently than my usual, except for an extra glass of wine, dessert, maybe a little snacking. It couldnt really have added up to 3500 calories more each and every day for a week?
2. Develop back pain so bad that you must seriously curtail your exercise regime for that same week. Boy, I must sweat off some serious calories when I exercise, because when I dont, the weight really climbs up, up, up!
