Struggling to keep on track

So I haven't exercised in the last 2 days because my knee has been swollen like a grapefruit. I tried to get into the doctor this week but he is off for the next 2 weeks. I hate to not exercise for a whole 2 weeks so I think I might just try a different video. I have the Walk Fit DVDs by Leslie Sansone and I think that will be better for my knee. It's a lower impact workout and I really want to ramp it up right now. I'm still going to keep my focus on 6 weeks from now so that will give me a goal. I've also thought about doing my step aerobic DVD without the step. I guess I'm just going to have to experiment until I find something that doesn't put a lot of stress on my knee. Thankfully my diet hasn't been bad. I struggle in the mornings because my routine has always been to stop and get a bacon cros-sonic and a Route 44 coke at Sonic. So that has been my craving this week. We have a BBQ at church on Sunday evening and I'm supposed to bring a dessert so I'm going to search SP recipes to see if I can find something that will fit into my eating plan. Any suggestions on what to bring?
