Ok, this week just flew by but, I am determined to hold myself accountable so, here is a recap of week 2 of this battle! I am loving this battle!
•Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days per week
Can you say OVERACHIEVER?
I did a hike, 3 bike rides, 2 boot camps and the SLACKER HALF MARATHON where I got a PB 2:50!
•Drink at least 10 – 8 ounce glasses of water daily
Done and Done again!
•Stay within calorie and nutrient goals daily
Still struggling a bit there but, I am working on it – tracking and being conscious of what goes in my mouth!
•Continue to work toward running a 5K – currently on Week 4
Did a 20 minute – No Stopping Run – I may not be fast but I am DETERMINED!
•Target to lose 1 pound per week and reach 138 or less by the end of the battle
Week Two – finally let one pound go to the farm – alone until I send its cousin next week!
•Ride my bike at least one day per week for at least 30 minutes
3 bike rides – one to boot camp – did boot camp – rode home (2 rides separated by an hour of boot camp) and a 3rd ride on Thursday!
•Attend Boot Camp twice a week
•Take a Bikram Yoga class during this 8 Week Battle – something new and challenging
- this is happening in week 3 on Friday!
•Spend 15 minutes per day doing some cleaning and organizing in my apartment
Hmmm, what is my problem here – did get some stuff moved so that the drapery rod can be hung so I can put up drapes – the maintenance guys will hang rod for me next week!
•Spend a minimum of 3 hours weekly submitting job applications for a minimum of 5 applications submitted as required by my unemployment office
YEA, YEA, YEA! Get a job!
