New Month New Attitude

It's July and I'm ready to commit to a brand new me.
So here's my self proposed workout schedule and so far I have been sticking to it.
Sunday- Is rest day
Monday- Kickbox Cardio, plus core workout
Tuesday- 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk
Wednesday- Aquafit, plus lower body
Thursday- Kickbox Cardio
Friday- Aqua fit, plus upper arms
Saturday- Make up day
Oh another note recently purchased a Go Wear Fit and I am currently on day 3 wearing it and it so far I'm loving it. 3 days in a row I have been over my 10,000 step goal, today I made it to 12,380 when this morning I just new I wasn't going to even come anywhere near 10,000. I will be doing a review after I gather a full week wearing the device.
