I have been following the training schedule that Jillian Michaels has posted on Losing It/NBC.... Tonight, I did something that I have never done before. I jogged for 25 minute straight! I think I will be able to do this 5K. It's coming up on August 14!

  Congrats on the jogging! Exercise is so important not only for a healthy lifestyle but also for lifting depression by stimulating serotonin in the brain! Good for you! I will keep you in my daily thoughts and prayers and will pray about your 5K run on August 14th. Be sure to keep us posted on your progress and especially on your big day! I will encourage you and wish you the best race that you can run!!!
