trying to keep on track

I was done with work early today. It was raining and I just wanted to come home and sleep on the couch or watch tv. Instead of caving in I decided to get on the bike trainer first and pedaled for just over 30 minutes. By then my husband was home and I cooked a healthy dinner and then had blueberries with almond milk for dessert instead of getting ice cream. There is hope for me yet.

    Hi RBOSSERT;

Oh darling there is definitely help for you and I had to laugh you are so funny. We crave and I had a day yesterday that blew it out of the water. Baked Chocolate chip , peanut butter, sugar with a flag and raisin oatmeal cookie and had to have 1 of each. Late I had a vanilla sundae with butterscotch, carmel, whipped cream and a cherry homemade. My daughter and granddaughter where here and didn't show any sign of going home so I promised little one a treat, take it from there. So you did good and I did bad but I will stay strong from now on. I have a break about once a year and usually not that bad.

You stay true to yourself, eat healthy, keep to your exercise routine and reach your goals. May God watch over you always.
