Need A Moment. . . .

So I am so happy that today is my Friday! Seeing that we've been given Friday & Monday off, I am so happy, WOOHOO!! So last night I did do Muscle Endurance & I reached my 10000+ steps by getting up every 30mins & zooming through my building. Oh its pretty quiet given the holiday week. So I brought my lunch a pb& j on honey wheat bread, broccoli & 1% milk. Well I was trying to be eco-friendly & put the broccoli & sandwich in the same container. Needless to say, my bread is now soggy with broccoli juice. . .If you don't know anything else about you me, you should know I am a very picky eater. I eat an array of foods but if ever the different food on my plate should touch. EMERGENCY!! I almost threw up in my moult! Well at least I'm not hungry, right?! LOL
This morning, I did Inhale Yoga which is a high energy yoga & so much fun. I also took my son to work & dropped my youngest off at the Y for his summer program. Then I came back home cleaned up had me a pancake. Yep, I said pancake. I need to have one every now & then & its been 2 weeks. Rewarding myself & you know what? I wasn't hungry when I got to work. I normally have a snack or something but nothing. I went to eat half my sandwich & that's when I was disgusted. I know, I know, I am thankful for all that God has given me but some times we are set in our ways. lol Tonight is Step Blast with Cathe on FitTv & I'm walking that pancake off. . .
