i have been exercising faithfully for 3 weeks now, but there is no change on the scale. i do, however, feel like i have more energy. i do feel like my clothes fit better, but i don't know if that's in my head too. i always feel good and refreshed after i exercise. yesterday, on my day off, i overdid it (exercising, i mean), and i was pooped out the rest of the day instead of feeling good.
i think i need to get a handle on my nutrition if i really want to see a difference. i'm thinking i need some way to control my calories a little better. i'll have to cut my calories at dinner. that's the only way.
so wish me luck as i now really work on my nutrition, now that i have my exercise routine down. :)
