Who knew "good for you food" is actually good!
I love the tracking feature on Spark! It's so nice to see what I am eating, and that not eating crap actually makes me feel better, go figure! ;-)
The kids and I did some circuit training this afternoon, then I went on a walk, which was wonderful! What a great way to clear my head!
I think I'm getting the hang of a lifestyle change vs. a diet! Woo Hoo!
