Motivation

Wednesday, June 30, 2010

So I took this picture because it it better than the picture in Arcada that I took in 2006 when we went to the Grand Canyon and had Smokey the Bear officaiate at our neice's wedding.
But I noticed the cloths are not very stylish.
I thought I was looking thinner than in the past but ....
So I decided to go to Macys and Kohls and have a look at their sale racks.
I found some really great stuff and You will be seeing me in them in future.
I also got lucky at a garage sale and found some name slacks( with tags still on) that fit for a dollar each. I have moved from a two X in 2006 to a size 16 regular woman's. I just shortened a pair of vera wang black jeans and I will get hubby to take a photo. They were marked down to $5.00
So I am going to attend another niece's wedding. I found an Ellen Tracy beaded dress for 15 dollars. They are not woman's size. They are a regular size. I am not getting there fast as you can see. But I am changing my life for the better. It feels really good to make this kind of change.
Like Chris Downey says one little change at a time. One little success at a time. Over time I can see the difference. It really feels good.

woo hoo ........... You are really getting the job done. Such determination. Your family is going to be so surprised at how you look. They will find it hard to recognize you.
    Keep up the good work.
