Great plan for tomorrow. Congrats for doing well today too. Have you ever tried the Walk Away The Pounds dvd's? They are really great and easy to do for beginners. The 1 mile is where you want to start even if you only do half of it. Doing those videos is how I lost over 100 pounds. I am still doing them but I have also just started swimming, and I LOVE it!
