I have finally got a grip on how to use the nutrition and fitness trackers. With some patience I finally was able to study the whole thing to make it beneficial for me.I am so happy. I am going to make tracking my business everyday.In the past I would get annoyed at my slow weight loss progress.I would lose about 7kg or 15lbs and that would be it.I would easily get discouraged.What I did not know was that I would free style mu eating to the extent that I did not know how much I had eaten and would also snack at night as I like to watch my movies late at night without disturbance.It seems if I want to make a go at this weight loss journey I have to stick to an earlier bed time. I am starting with 10:30 pm until I reach my goal of sleeping by 9 pm most nights.This time there will be method to this madness.I now have to leran more about creating deficits etc and prove to myself that I can do it.off to a 15 minutes lunch hour walk.
