While going thru a weight focused period I was exercising very actively and eating to make up for it.
This week I am back to moderation. I am trying to stay in the middle of my calorie range and am alternating my intense workouts (spinning, treadmill, swimming, etc) with more gentle exercise walking about two 19 min miles.
I feel more sane and relaxed and I actually lost a pound.
I'm going to try moderation for a while. I think it likes me and I know I like it.
