While going thru a weight focused period I was exercising very actively and eating to make up for it. emoticon

This week I am back to moderation. I am trying to stay in the middle of my calorie range and am alternating my intense workouts (spinning, treadmill, swimming, etc) with more gentle exercise walking about two 19 min miles.

I feel more sane and relaxed and I actually lost a pound.

I'm going to try moderation for a while. I think it likes me and I know I like it.

That's the only way I can work. I have a shoulder and upperback injury the prevents me from a lot of the exercising. I try to use portion control and I lose very slowly. I'm just glad to lose at all. I try to do stretches twice a day to stay as limber as I can. I think you will do just fine in moderation. You may not move as fast but it tend to stay off. I am happy I have come this far. You can do it too. emoticon

the more i exercise, the more i eat. the only problems is there are too many high calorie low nutrition items. i think i need to concentrate more on moderation and not eating when i am not hungry.
