I think I am in the ZONE :) I am feeling so powerful even though the time of the month is only days away. Who would have thought :) I know what the key is and that is meal planning and all the vegetables I have been consuming. You really can not exercise a bad diet.

I am enjoying how flat my stomach is. No bloat and my bowels are moving quite nicely which is important. Nothing can slow down your metabolism like a stagnant colon. People under estimate the power of our intestines and what toxicity can do to your body.

Here are some symptoms of a toxic and stagnant colon:
constipation
gas
bad breath
skin blemishes
headaches
distended abdomen
enlarged waist
low back pain
lack of energy

Quite a few of my clients come to me with theses symptoms. Through detoxification, exercise and meal planning I help them through such uncomfortable symptoms. It is a process and unfortunately not something that can be fixed over night but sometimes just the knowledge and education that comes from correcting the imbalances helps people lose weight, manage craving and feel more in control of their condition.

    Good to know. Lord knows that I struggle with this! I nee dto find a detox plan that doesn't involve starvation.... haha

    Oh so very true. Before improving my diet I used to have so many issues with regularity. It used to frustrate me because I knew that I was not regular and constantly had a bloated feeling. I have definetly seen an improvemnt in that area! I still don't think it is perfect but improvement is key!

    I was listening to Dr. Oz and he says the best detox is a natural one just by introducing high fiber and water in your diet. The problem with some detox plans is that they destroy the good bacteria in the bowel. Gee, Nancy, I am looking forward to the flatter belly, let alone the flat one. You are doing great. Such a great attitude and thank you so much for sharing that information. You are an inspiration. :)

    I agree that there is no better lighter feeling than to know your body has rid itself of unwanted putrid stagnate matter that permeates the entire system without us even realizing it. when we are children we eliminate naturally, but as we grow older we learn how to HOLD it until convenient timing. we do not eat foods that promote good digestion. we clog the system with paste - white flour processed refined products. high sodium content and ignore the raw fruits and veggies. we do not drink the water necessary for the lymphatic system to work . once we detox, eat properly - we automatically are more relaxed, clearly focused and energetic. it is amazing. BB
