I think I am in the ZONE :) I am feeling so powerful even though the time of the month is only days away. Who would have thought :) I know what the key is and that is meal planning and all the vegetables I have been consuming. You really can not exercise a bad diet.
I am enjoying how flat my stomach is. No bloat and my bowels are moving quite nicely which is important. Nothing can slow down your metabolism like a stagnant colon. People under estimate the power of our intestines and what toxicity can do to your body.
Here are some symptoms of a toxic and stagnant colon:
low back pain
lack of energy
Quite a few of my clients come to me with theses symptoms. Through detoxification, exercise and meal planning I help them through such uncomfortable symptoms. It is a process and unfortunately not something that can be fixed over night but sometimes just the knowledge and education that comes from correcting the imbalances helps people lose weight, manage craving and feel more in control of their condition.
