I am completing a ((((SKINNY VIBES))))team challenge a few days late.
A year from today---
I want to be able to run a 5k!
I want to be at or near the weight I was when I got married (somewhere in the neighborhood of 150#!)
I want to cook more meals at home, and eat a more healthy diet in general! I've been a junk food junkie for years!
I would like to be able to quit my high-cholesterol medicine!
I want to be rid of the jiggle in my arms, abs, and legs!!
That would be a flying start!
