Readjusting My Goals

My original goal date was July 7. I was pretty good until I got social again. It's so easy to eat right when you are at home measuring food. lol.
Basically, I've figured out that even when I'm being good, if I'm out being social, I'm going to eat 2000 calories that day. I have hit 3000 which is double my high-end calories for the day.
I just won't say no to french fries or a cocktail though I'm getting better at stopping sooner.
So, a week-ish out, I'm still about 7 pounds heavier than my goal weight and there's no way I'm losing it that fast. Also realizing that I don't put that much effort into working out. Gonna have to remedy that.
The good thing is that I have lost some fat. I've only lost 4 pounds total in about a month and have hovered at this weight for a couple of weeks. Realized that 122 isn't really worth working that hard for lol. 124 is attainable and, more importantly, maintainable. But, man, since I've hit my mid-thirties, this weight maintenance/loss thing is HARD!
