So I started my Slim in 6 this weekend. I even woke up early this morning to do it be/c I know I will be exhausted by this evening. Monday's are always hard for me. I play catch up all day at work. I was able to do more of the DVD than I thought I was. I didn't get all the way through it because I have a knee that doesn't cooperate with me. I'm afraid I won't be able to finish because of my knee but I'm going to do it as long as I can. I guess I should probably just break down and go to the doctor but I don't want him to tell me I can't exercise; then again, I don't want to injure myself either. I kinda splurged on my breakfast this morning but I had a yummy salad with taco meat and ff ranch dressing...no cheese either. I've had better salads but this was yummy for me today. I'm making a Shrimp Pasta for dinner. I'm really looking forward to something good and healthy besides just bland and healthy which is what I'm used to. My husband thinks that it's a form of torture so hopefully he will be surprised.

    Shrimp Pasta sounds soooo good! Tonight I am having a steak tip salad with low fat Italian dressing. Actually - it just walked through the door!!!

    Good for you! And very smart taking it easy on your workout. I do the same thing. Isn't any thing worse than pushing yourself to hard, knowing better and then re-injuring yourself, Hope your supper is delicious!
