withdrawal symptoms

I have a killer headache and feeling like my blood sugar levels are down.I have refuelled though with some low GI Rye seeded bread cheese and tomato and in an hour will have my tuna salad.I think I have withdrawal symptoms from the lack of sugar.feels like a hang see I am a sugar fanatic.everyday at 10 am I would have a bran muffin or a scone with my sweet tea. I would have it religiously that the ladies at the cafeteria would be happy to reserve my order in case themuffins or scones got finished.I am no loger investing in them but more in my health.I decided to take a 30 minute walk at lunch time and that has helped a bit.The water drinking is still something to adjust to but I will master it soon.Some one said I will get dizzy and sick due to my body getting used to the healthy food and exercise and I guess they were right.I am also preparing to get to a team building thing in a week or so and I know that they will be serving evErything in an all you can eat buffet.I am getting ready too conquer this challenge.I will stick to mostly fruits and veggies.I am tired of being fat.there is no way i am letting myself go further than I have gone.My scale showed I was 231 lbs on Saturday now it says 227.I am not getting excited yet I know the lies the scale has told before so I will wait till this Saturday to weigh again.
