I'm ready to start again. I've gained. Ugh. But my legs are shaved and I'm ready to re-commit to my health and welllness.
I've eaten badly for the last week and a half and I've gotten little exercise, but I'm done with all that now.
The remodeling we've been doing at home is at a point that we're taking a break. Yea! Both upstairs baths are painted, new fixtures, tile floors, and new countertops. All done and beautiful. Thank you my wonderful DH!
My youngest sister is coming later this week to visit with her son. I'm so excited! She's been going to Weight Watchers for awhile and she's been doing really well so I hope we'll be able to support each other through the holiday weekend. I miss having her close by. I wish she'd move here to Ohio. Anyway....I'm going to look at the positive and keep it simple. It will be a GREAT weekend!
So tomorrow, I'll be up at 5am to run/walk 4 miles or more before work and then walk 1/2 hour during my lunch. I have prepared healthy food choices for my breakfast and lunch and dinner will be grilled chicken breasts and veggies.
The first few days are the most challenging and then it gets better. I can do this, I know I can. I'm tired of feeling roundish like that koala bear!!!!
