tring to quit smoking again and exercise 30 minutes a day.Me and my 2 special needs boys are walking more.My best friend is helping us stay on track. I hope to be down at least 2 pounds next sunday emoticon

    Im not a smoker, but I know quitting can be one of the hardest things you'll ever do. And since you said "again" you KNOW you'll feel healthier once you do! Keep working hard, and good things will come to you. Happy 4th!

    First off, good for you! :) *HUG*

    I quit smoking in the late '90s. I starting sucking lollipops for awhile to give me something to do with my hands. Every time I had a craving, I just reminded myself that time was passing, and then I would distract yourself. The cravings pass even though sometimes it seems like they aren't. Hang in there. :)
