Weekly goal setting

I am tired of not really making any progress. I have let myself get stuck in a rut. I do really well for a while and then I back-slide and lose what progress I have made. I think I've got maintaining down. Ha!
Soooo..I have decided to challenge myself this week. I have set some goals for myself.
1. Increase exercise to 300 minutes a week.
2. Stay within my calorie range every day.
3. Increase water from 8 cups a day to 10 cups a day.
4. Work on decluttering my home at least 15 minutes a day.
Ok..I am making myself accountable for this and I will check back in this time next week to report on how I did.
