Fell off the wagon

Saturday, June 26, 2010

OK so yeah..... I fell off the wagon. I went from training for 3 hours a day to over a full week off. And the eating has been horrendous. I'm staying with my parents right now until i move in my place next weekend and I just kinda went nuts. I've not had junk food in my house in years now. So after my week of pure insanity. It is time to get back on the wagon. I have just noticed how much more sluggish I have felt this week and my mood has definitely been down. So back to hard core workout girl I go.

I've fallen off the wagon and been ran over by it! I've gained back half the weight I had lost. I'm not giving up though. I think you look amazing by the way. I love your attitude and your honesty. You truly inspire me. Good luck with the move. I hope it goes smoothly for you.

I'm sorry to hear that, but with all you are going through (I just read your last blog too), it's understandable to backslide a bit. Just remember to take care of YOU. You have worked too hard to let anything get in your way and cause you to regain weight. Try to stay active on the site- you know we're all here for you.

We all fall off the wagon.. You were due to do that and it happened.. With all the stresses you have been through it was bound to happen...

You know how hard you have worked to get to where you are... There is NOTHING WRONG going off the wagon at times... Makes you realize how that junk effects our bodies.

Dust yourself off, give yourself a good kick in the backside and pick up where you left off...

Working out 3 hours a day is great but it is hard to maintain that with life.

Good luck !

Funny, I was JUST thinking about how I get just like that at my parents' house. They keep junk food around that I know better than to have at home. Dangerous!

Due to being extremely busy, I too had about a week of not doing exercise. I finally got out on Friday for a walk.

I know you can do it. Just dust yourself off and get back on that wagon. emoticon

I think a slip like this is important since you now realize how different you feel. Good luck.

You've done it before and you'll do it again. I know once you're settled into your own place, buying the foods you normally eat, you'll be back to normal before you know it. We're all here for you if you need us.

Good luck getting back on track. emoticon Doesn't it always seem so much harder to get back going than it is to keep going?
