I did it

I did it when we were shopping earlier my wife got some tuna fish, when at the check out I told here don't fix it for me. she said not eating fish now, I left it at that because I didn't want to get into it in the store. but that commits me to eat as vegan as possible. I won't be able to be 100% but I will do my best

    Hi Mike, here's a link to a vegan "tuna" salad you can have in a sandwich or on a plate. You might like it! I Googled and found many more such recipes. I love chickpeas!

    Ingredients:Serves: 4 -6 ,
    Servings: 3
    2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    2 carrots, finely chopped
    2 celery ribs, finely chopped
    1/2 cup egg-free mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
    1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
    salt and pepper

    Directions:Prep Time: 5 mins
    Total Time: 5 mins
    1. After you drain and rinse the chickpeas, place them in a food processor and pulse 10-15 times until you have a flaky mixture.
    2. Mix the chickpeas with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy

    Hi thanks for the encouragement, yes even though I am not doing flesh any more, I will eat like french toast or PANCAKES WHEN OUT THAT HAVE EGGS IN THEM or butter. I also need to cut down on fat, sar. fat level is good. One thing at a time. STARSFORME my craving and it is basic junk is for a bologna sandwich or even spam, go figure I am not even craving shrimp that I love.
