It's benn one month since I came off my diabetes meds. I am having to learn what foods that I can eat, since I don't have the meds to help me out when I blow it. My sugars have ranged from 81-180. The higher readings were when I was sick. I have learned that if I eat any sweets to eat them early in the day. I am on one kind of med that I take at bed time with a snack. I have found that 100 calorie popcorn will have a lower reading than animal crackers. Now my goal is; 1) To stay off diabetes ned. & 2) To come off high blood pressure pills.

    Hi Alan, I think that's GREAT that you are off you D Med's I sure have a ways to go but I'm working on it. I need to try a bit harder andhope one day to be off my med's also.

    Sounds like you are doing great Alan! Keep up the good work.
My granddaughter & I were just down in your part of the world. I asked Amy what she thought of Texas, she said "it's hot!" It is hot in Missouri now too. ;-)

You can do it.
It's those chips that raise bp.
Have you tried 500 mi cinnamon capsules for natural remedy for the bp? It's got my bp actually a tad bit low.
