Very pleased with myself...finally got through all 90 minutes of Yoga X! Every pose! Even though I wavered and fell over a time or two, I got back in there and finished it up. Tony Horton makes a good point near the end - when you feel yourself wavering, ramp it up and work even harder. It worked!
I have a feeling that Week 4 is going to be very interesting.
