Well, I lost .1 pounds. (1 ounce!) Poo.

But, I have learned from my history, that is how my body does things. I lose, then nothing, then I lose. I wish I could lose something every single week. But, alas that is not how weight loss works for me.

So, I will keep on doing what I am doing because I know it will eventually get me to my goal.....No matter how long it takes!

    I can relate. In the past, I often lose weight in a similar pattern--nothing for a week or two, three; then, BAM!, several pounds drop off! I know the frustration. But, like you said, keep doing what you are doing & focus on the goal. It will happen!!! Besides, the slower the better, right? More likely to keep it off.

  One pound off is better than one pound on and over a year that is an amazing 52 pounds!!!! ..come on stick with it or this time nex year you'll be sorry ........ emoticon
