Just understand.. if you are awake at the wee hours of the morning, your body is going to tell you it's HUNGRY! Only because when you are awake during the hours you are usually sleeping.... you are using energy that you usually wouldn't be. Try going back to bed, and getting some rest.. and if you do need to eat, have carrots or celery that will make you feel like you are eating, but don't have bad calories. Hang in there, and best luck at your Drs appt!

Ok I finished watching the whole video now and want to say that if you need to post a blog, post as many times as you need to in a day. I will check in soon as I have a funeral to go to today and will be back in a couple hours. Not leaving for an hour though. One thing I have learnt is to reach out when I feel down or off track.

I had a friend post an amazing motivation video to my facebook. I am trying to find the original link so I can post it up. As soon as I find it I will post it.

It was also nice to hear that you were honest with us and mostly yourself about the candy. We all have our days and candy is okay once in a while. Also you added it into your calorie intake even though you went over a bit.

I know a lady who lost over 60 pounds. She loves chocolate so what she did was worked it into her daily calorie intake as a snack each night. So if you know you are gonna have candy try hard to make it fit into your intake for the day as going over will not work so well if it happens often.

Today is a new day and all the best with your Nero visit and your friends operation on her back.

I only watched half your video. I am going to finish it in a moment. Just wanted to reach out and say good for you in coming to the sparkpage and posting.

If you do give in. Make it a fruit or raw veggie! And a glass of milk. That will fill the hungery gap. I worry that if you wait it out to long IF the feeling of wanting to eat doesn't go away , you might binge. So watch out for true hunger pains. I am not saying go eat just beware.

You said your going to crocet ......Show us what your making if you don't might. I love crafts etc.

As for your Nero visit. Try not to worry to much. My first NERO visit scared me too. But he was so good and covered anyting and everything. It is their job.

K I am off to watch the rest of your video.

Good morning; I couldn't sleep either. I am nervous about a trip I'm taking tomorrow. It's for vacation, so it's supposed to be fun, but flying when you're overweight is not the best thing LOL. I know you're nervous about the doctor, but I am glad you're not letting that stop you from seeking help. I had back surgery for a herniated disc in 2007, and it helped a little. I still have pain, and that is depressing sometimes, but, gotta go on! I'm praying for your visit and for you husband's grandmother. Surgery is tough on the body, BUT we know a real good God! I hope drinking the water and crocheting help, and you are in my prayers. Hang in there, pretty lady, and keep looking UP--that's where all our help comes from! emoticon
