5 miles

We've increased our miles to 5 and next time we are going for 6 miles! I have never been this girl. I cant believe that I am running 6 miles on the elliptical. ME! Wow. It blows my mind. When we started we did about 10 minutes and I thought I was going to die. Now we are going about 35-40 minutes and I feel great and like I could go longer! I am just amazed at how much I've accomplished. I am certainly not alone. Boy, it sure makes a difference to have a partner. I have the best one! She challenges me. I hope I challenge her but really we are great for each other because we both go go go! And for me I've never challenged myself this much ever. I wish the scale would move faster but things like this have a big effect on me. My clothes fit better. I'm obviously strengthening my body. It is all so exciting. Like maybe someday I could be the girl that has a fit body because she is athletic! Wow. I can't believe it. Oh and I had another win! I had a very stressful day the day before yesterday. I wanted a candy bar. I am a big stress eater. Then to make matters worse me and my mom got in a fight. that made me want candy even more. I RESISTED! Idid not eat a candy bar! Or anything over my points! YAY! I've probably resisted my stress eating urges maybe 10 times in my entire life.
