OK, so I could say "only another pound", or Yeah! Another pound!! The "old" me might have been discouraged that 2 months into this life style change I am still in the 200's, I am not reaching my 2-3lb/ week weight loss goal, I'm probably not going to be at 10% weight loss by my birthday, BUT, what I have learned is that instead of focusing on those things, I will focus on the positive.
I am almost out the 200's.
I am consistently losing a pound a week and the scale is going in the right direction!
I am feeling better, have more energy, am starting to notice my clothes fitting better, and am still motivated to keep going and get this weight off.
So... like I said, it's all in how you look at it, and I'm going to accentuate the positvie.
So what are your postives??
