Be Faithful! Some say there are three stages in faith: 1. As a dependent child, who accepts everything and expects everything; 2. As a rebellious adolecent, who wants to be god; and 3. As a responsible parent, who faces the complexities of commitment. Notice that each stage calls for a letting go and reaching out for our God. Love is the answer to every stage of faith (1 John). God supports us by his love as wobbly children, as rebellious teens, and as maturing believers. Faithfulness can only be reached in Christ Jesus. Paul wrote in Rom 5:2, "Through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand". Be Faithful and Stand in Chrsit Jesus! May God Bless Everyone, Vic.
