Crappy run this morning. I think because I didn't eat an hour beforehand like I usually do. I had to stop to walk four times on my regular route. Usually I only stop once or not at all.
Yesterday was pretty crappy too, nutrition wise. I went over my calorie limit by quite a bit and the scale says I gained two pounds in one day. WTF? Probably all the sodium from yesterday but still, ugh.
Today is a get back on track day. Drink lots of water, get some healthy food in and cleaning the apartment.
Other things to do today:
1. Give the cat a bath
2. Finish the laundry monster
3. Get my netflix dvds in the mail
4. Make some time at the end of the day to relax
Also tonight were off to see Toy Story 3!
I dont like popcorn so that wont be a problem for me. I hate paying 5$ for a box of junior mints so I'll be able to control myself there. The only dilemma I have at the movies is Diet Coke or water. I am a Diet Coke fiend and am trying to limit myself to 12 oz a day but its not working so well...
