THURSDAY 06/24/10

Standing on the porch using the car trunk as my table, but at least it's connected.

Will write as I can. Had a grear oatmeal, raisins, almonds, yogurt & blueberry breakfast. OH it was yummy,my sis in law loved it too.

Walked 50 minutes, roughly 2.65 miles already today.

Went dnd did 20- minute pool aerobics at 8PM last night.Felt good,have to add to my tracker.

Will write more later. It's now 9:20 AM

about 4PM...sitting in full sun, right now under's so hot but I want to keep in touch... still eating on program...late late breakfast...light snqack---fruit & dilly sugar free bar from DQ...want to go out to dinner shortly. going to have crab legs---need to work for the meat with few calories & Id do not use anything on them....NO BUTTER!!!

That is enough for today. Going to go in and play Wii bowling. Doris' likes to play that. Having a nice time. Love being able to get on the internet. Just beautiful out tonight as I said.
Was going to swim but just being lazy . Will swim tomorrow night.

Well,not much else going on. Have a wonderful cup of watermelon, cup of cantaloupe and slice of cheese still to look forward to and still didn't meet my calorie limit,but I got over 1200 and that's good. even though they have me now at 1400. I'jm pleased as punch.

Finger don't work too well onthis small keyboard,but I think it's readable.

    Sounds like you are handling yourself admirably! Keep up the great work. I think crab legs without butter are much better 'cause then you can really taste the crab meat!

    Sorry about your internet . I lost my computer months ago and have been using my husbands it will be awhile before I get another computer ... You are making good choices and doing a great job , keep it up . God bless. emoticon emoticon emoticon
