Standing on the porch using the car trunk as my table, but at least it's connected.
Will write as I can. Had a grear oatmeal, raisins, almonds, yogurt & blueberry breakfast. OH it was yummy,my sis in law loved it too.
Walked 50 minutes, roughly 2.65 miles already today.
Went dnd did 20- minute pool aerobics at 8PM last night.Felt good,have to add to my tracker.
Will write more later. It's now 9:20 AM
about 4PM...sitting in full sun, right now under clouds...it's so hot but I want to keep in touch... still eating on program...late late breakfast...light snqack---fruit & dilly sugar free bar from DQ...want to go out to dinner shortly. going to have crab legs---need to work for the meat with few calories & Id do not use anything on them....NO BUTTER!!!

10 hip flexor
10 dumbbell shrugs
10 lying leg raises
110 seated concentration curls
That is enough for today. Going to go in and play Wii bowling. Doris' likes to play that. Having a nice time. Love being able to get on the internet. Just beautiful out tonight as I said.
Was going to swim but just being lazy . Will swim tomorrow night.
Well,not much else going on. Have a wonderful cup of watermelon, cup of cantaloupe and slice of cheese still to look forward to and still didn't meet my calorie limit,but I got over 1200 and that's good. even though they have me now at 1400. I'jm pleased as punch.
Finger don't work too well onthis small keyboard,but I think it's readable.
