Jillian! So I did the 30 DS for 30 days straight.. and today was my first day of Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. I did 2 workouts to total 20 minutes, the same as Jillians, but I felt like Jillian kicked my ass soooo much more! I still got a good sweat from Tony's.. I did the cardio and lower body. So maybe since I did the lower body, thats not really as much of a hardcore workout. But we'll see!! I think Jillian topped him tho!
So today is the start of the 4th day of me doing the Hilton Head Metabolism Diet, recommended by SparkGirl32 (There is a thread for it on my sparkteams if you want to check it out). The first couple of days I was skeptical.. Ok, granted, I gained water weight over the weekend and was up at 151 Monday morning when I started. 1 lb down Tuesday, 1 lb down yesterday. Back to my weight I was Saturday morning - pre drinking binge. Then today I was down another 1.6... so it might actually be working and I might actually have to stick with it a lil while longer!
I took some before pictures this morning... I don't really want to share them.... I'm quite embarrassed. I know no one will pick on me for them.. but maybe it'll help me 'shame myself' and work harder? I don't knowwww.. Here goes.....

My butt has gone bye-bye :( And apparently I had a wedgie. lol
No- I'm not 4 months pregnant. Don't worry...... This is my worst pic to showcase the lovely baby belly that WON'T go away!!

*Sigh... ok, glad thats overwith.. I did have some before pictures from like September, but they're on my old computer. Maybe I'll add those sometime whenever I get around to cleaning that computer out.. I just don't think there will be much of a difference.
