Quick, easy yummy snack ideas

I have found two things that are helping provide a low calorie healthy alternative for the munchies.

1. As a substitute for ice cream in the evenings, try a frozen banana with a tablespoon of chocolate syrup. Just slice up the banana and pour the chocolate over the top.

2. A substitute for nachos or chips and salsa. Dip raw cauliflower in your favorite salsa. Great crunch and a great way to add two more veggies to your diet. emoticon

    I'll have to try these. I eat a banana everyday. I should try and freeze one for a change.
