We have had a wii fit for awhile. Our tv stopped working, so we had to put it away. I liked using it, but was not as dedicated as I should have been.
We just bought a new tv, a nice flat screen 47 in. We hooked up the wii and I got on to see what I weighed. It was in Jan. when I used it. I started doing SP in March, but not serious till the end of April. Anyway I had lost 13lbs since the last time I had used the wii. It was finally nice to see.You made your goal!
It still insults me and tells me I am obese, and wants to chat alot. I wil someday get some admiration from him/her. I put in a new goal and this time I will make it sooner than 5months.
I like using it to mix up the cardio a bit. I plan on using the treadmill every other day now. I like the wii, because it is a little more fun, and I am still getting in some moves. I enjoy the yoga and the strength exercises too. I also like doing the wii sports. We have the fitness coach too. I didn't do that much before, and didn't like it too much, hmmmmmm maybe because it was exercise.
Maybe now because I am really into losing weight and being fit, I will try that tomorrow.
