Wii~~~Nice to see a weight loss.

We have had a wii fit for awhile. Our tv stopped working, so we had to put it away. I liked using it, but was not as dedicated as I should have been.
We just bought a new tv, a nice flat screen 47 in. We hooked up the wii and I got on to see what I weighed. It was in Jan. when I used it. I started doing SP in March, but not serious till the end of April. Anyway I had lost 13lbs since the last time I had used the wii. It was finally nice to see.You made your goal!
It still insults me and tells me I am obese, and wants to chat alot. I wil someday get some admiration from him/her. I put in a new goal and this time I will make it sooner than 5months.

I like using it to mix up the cardio a bit. I plan on using the treadmill every other day now. I like the wii, because it is a little more fun, and I am still getting in some moves. I enjoy the yoga and the strength exercises too. I also like doing the wii sports. We have the fitness coach too. I didn't do that much before, and didn't like it too much, hmmmmmm maybe because it was exercise.

Maybe now because I am really into losing weight and being fit, I will try that tomorrow.

    Congrats!!! I've bought some exercise games, but the only thing I've really done is the Just Dance game. It's a lot of fun! I bet you are loving that new tv! Glad you are enjoying your physical activities more! You're doing an awesome job!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

We have a wii but we just have the basic sports that came with it. Now that I've read your blog, I'm thinking of getting the excercize for wii.

    Congrats on the 13 pound loss! If you make it a goal to use the Wii more, I am sure you will. I agree with you about mixing up the cardio a bit. It makes getting it done easier for me. I get bored fairly easily doing the same thing day in and day out.
