A Minor Blip

OK, I tracked my food (all of it!), went for a 60 minute walk, worked in my garden, and got in a strength session. BUT, it was our anniversary and my husband took me out to this 5-star Italian restaurant that we have not gone to in years. I tracked every last bite and came out at 1900 calories. They surprised us with a free piece of choc/choc anniversary cake. We split it. Way over for me! But on the "Secrets of Success" I read about Tomorrow is Always a New Day! Well today is tomorrow and I will not drown by simply falling overboard in the water. I will only drown if I stay there. I am out of the water and drying off.
Today I will track my food and stay within my range, work in the garden, get in a 60 minute walk.
