My summer is here (after vacation). I have been home for almost 2 weeks now and I am ready to kick my butt into gear. I have decided that this is my summer within my year. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds if not more over the next 10 weeks. I am starting to work out more and hope to do more this summer. We do have the Wii fit and I want to use that more, do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shed and other things. I am also trying to eat better since our garden is in full swing. Being a nutrition student headed towards being an registered dietitian I want to get back to what I was in high school and feel like I have conquered these issues that I have struggled with over the past few years. I want to drop the weight now so when I go back to school I will feel better and have more energy when study for my classes.
