TODAY IS VERY HOT... I KEEP TELLING MYSELF THAT I am going to the gym,I have not made it yet, don't know why, it getting so bad that i dream about going and still don't go. emoticonMy daughter ask me how come I'm don't go, Don't have answer for her so, what am I to do, i know if i stared going I well lose weight faster but i don't feel like go now so I AM ........... emoticon

    Well - Maybe the gym isn't for you!! How about a short walk in the neighborhood.....It's very hot - but you would feel like you are accomplishing something! Come on girl-----You can do it - force yourself to exercise a time or two even when you SO DON'T WANT TO!! It will get easier with time!

    If you can't make yourself go to the gym, try working out at home. Put in a fitness DVD, get outside for a walk, or just rock so old-fashioned crunches, push-ups, and wall squats for a brief full-body workout, no gym required! Something is always better than nothing! You can do this!
