To be physically fit is an achievement. I'm strong or at least I think but I was reading this article on Spark about achievements I try & try to do this one all the time but I guess I need to be patient & also take a class on yoga. lol So I continue to push & push myself to do this crane pose. Its definitely not easy but something to work towards!
What are you working towards beside your goal weight?!
Oh today my workout was walk/jog 60mins, tae bo 30mins, Yoga Pilates w/weights 60mins. Stay hydrated & enjoy the weather. . .
