Well, the struggle to figure out the right thing to eat continues. I have books telling me basically that I need to eat according to the food pyramid but I just can't seem to think of good lunches. Anyone have some good ideas?
Yesterday I threw up and I couldn't eat much, so I grazed throughout the day. I lost a pound which worries me. I need to figure out a good eating regime for pregnancy. I will totally accept ideas from those who have been pregnant and can tell me what you did or are doing!
